The choice of starting to work as a therapist comes from my own experience of getting stuck. From my heart I guide others in regaining resilience, balance and direction with both feet on the ground and attention for heart, mind and body.

Connecting and personal
Helping people is in my nature – my first English words were even “Can I help you?”
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in the corporate world. I was functioning, succeeding even, but ignoring the signals my body was sending. Like many, I only slowed down when I hit a wall: a burnout that forced me to stop and ask the question I’d been avoiding — What now?
Through therapy, I discovered what I had long been missing: space to feel, to question, and to reconnect with myself. I learned that healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s wrong — it’s about listening to the parts of us that had to go quiet to survive.
That process changed the direction of my life. I retrained as a therapist so I could offer others what had helped me: a grounded, non-judgemental space to be seen, felt, and slowly reassembled – at your own pace, and on your own terms. I am happy to offer therapy in Dutch, English, and German.
Moving forward with confidence
In 2019 I started the education for Transpersonal Therapy at the Boswijk Institute. This method still forms the core of my work. In addition, I completed my Psychosocial Basic Knowledge (PSBK) at Con Amore in 2024.

Delphinium
Why did I choose the Delphinium in my logo and name? It all started with my wedding in 2023. A friend of mine designed our invitations and my husband and I wanted lots of flowers and color. Then we looked up our birth flowers and mine turned out to be a Delphinium.
After sending out our wedding invitations, another friend of mine told me that this flower is also the flower of the heart. Then the choice was quickly made for me. A bit spiritual and also very fitting. A symbol to turn inward, to go inside, to the heart and to feel what you need or want. The hands in my logo represent security, to guide and support you (the client) in your process. The Delphinium also stands for truth and protection, health, fun, devotion in love. In addition, I also think it is a beautiful flower.
